I actually have a tough time handling the T's on this map, the darkness plays to their advantage, and it actually adds a sense of small fear when you try to look for them. Plenty of places to hide, plenty of games, there's some scouts that I've found that T's can get, still a new map to the game, and while it is large, the map's structure pretty much makes everything close except for the road that circles the main structure of it.

 

 

This map is relatively new to the server, I say at least let the map go a bit more so people can learn it and adjust to it before trying to remove it. I personally like the map.

I do not agree the map is unfinished or boring.

The map is filled with stuff to do.

It is a new map and we need CT's/T's to learn it.

 

It is easy to control the T's by saying stay on the road.

 

I do not agree with removing this map so soon

I personally didn't like this map when we played on it with a full server today. I did a vote and it was pretty split, 10 people said they liked the map and 7 said they didn't (me included).

 

This was newly added so I'm not quick to remove it right away, we'll see how the feedback is moving forward.

I can't count the amount of times I have lost players on this map... I mean, it's probably because I'm bad but still. I still haven't discovered the rest of this map but I really like it so far! I say it's balanced for both sides. T's could rebel easily and I believe the only way to armory is from the catwalk. Plus on both sides right? I mean you asked for a removal for kristroll because there's nothing to do on the map. In this map however, there are countless amount of games, many ways to get lost, and fun just pops up whenever this map is brought up. And yeah, like @Rawrie said, give some time for this map because both times ive played this map with regulars on the server, they enjoyed it as much as I did. Could you maybe expand on why you think it's boring @Jake

Honestly as Cancerous as PB is this map is easy to sneak away from CTs and Very Very easy to get lost but you play it round after round you learn where to go and to not make the same mistakes last time and plan on being more sneaky. I like this map based on how many games there are and the chance to sneak into armory and rebel.

@michellec I don't know how my other removal request has any relevance to this thread but alright.

 

I felt that this map was incredibly boring for a number of reasons, I guess I should of stated this in the reasoning above. The lack of opportunities to rebel is probably my biggest issue with the map. There are little to no guns, teleports, secrets for the Ts to use to gain an advantage over the Cts. The only way to obtain a weapon is through knifing a CT, which can be difficult at times for players and myself. Also, the only way into armory is through catwalks which is basically impossible to get to unless half the Ct team is dead/blind as the cat walks are very open and visible. Possibly too easy to control the Ts? Could be the Ct team i played with at the time.

 

As for being unfinished the basement/lower level of the map is extremely large with relativity few things to do considering it's size. Also, there is an entire hallway at that has nothing in it as takes about 30 seconds ~ ish to run down. Also, the truck/cars are very glitchy causing players to get stuck on them - in them - or stuck inside others.

 

The map also is very open. This makes to harder to rebel outside without instantly being awped because there is nowhere to take cover at certain points in the map.

 

Edit: Seems as though I hold the unpopular opinion here. It seems as though this will probably get rejected, I suppose the more time I play on it the more I'll have a chance to take a liking to it. I'm not sure.

Decompile the map.

Its filled with guns and weapons.

One cell has a vent underground.

All towers have scouts iirc

We are still finding more each time we play

 

Tho I agree with the fact, the map is way to big and that in some areas does look unfinished.

Also that it is hard to rebel if you do not know where anything is.

 

I'm 50/50, Will need more play time on this map but if it is removed its not a huge lose.

@Jake you said that kristroll was boring, same with this map. I just wanted you to expand what you meant because the two maps are so very different. But I do understand your points, ty. I played this map with @Metal last night and we were roaming around the map, looking for secrets, and we found tons. This is a new map, and I'm pretty sure it took a long time for people to get to know all the secrets in popular maps like vip_in_the_mix and electric_razor.
