So I'm looking to buy a mechanical keyboard, but I'm not sure which one to pick.

So if you have a mechanical keyboard, which one do you have, and why would you recommend it to me?

Thanks in advance :)

The fucks a mechanical keyboard

like when the keys of the keyboard are pushed up

they make the addicting clicking sound idk how else to explain it lmao

I had the Corsair Vengeance K90 which I bought for $75. I recommend it because it has blue LED keys and who doesn't like blue tbh.

There's more on this page, I'm just too lazy to write all the functions of it xd

Mechanical keyboards actually have switches that click when you press on them. Compared to most keyboards that push down on a circuit board to register the key press. Some people prefer mechanical because they typically last longer and some prefer the noise and feeling of pressing the key. I haven't used a mechanical in a long time, but I like that my current keyboard is quiet when pressing down. So it's all just personal preference.

Using Razer Blackwidow Ultimate the 2012 Edition (with blue LEDs). For me it's a top tier keyboard and definitely better quality than the newer iterations of that product. Sure, it's made out of glossy plastic, so it's a fingerprint magnet, but nonetheless its design is great. It has Cherry MX Blue Switches, which are more suitable for writing not playing, but they do their job in gaming just fine and on top of that, they have that click sound, that is as loud as if you were using an old typewriter (maybe slightly more quiet), which is a great thing to be honest and I love it.

Get the poseidon, it has 16.8 million color variations, feels nice, and the program you install for it has a lot of options to change it to how you'd like it to light up. Reaction, ripple, wave, always lit, and arrow wave I believe. You can switch which direction the colors go and even the speed. Overall good keyboard, I luv it.
