[Rejected] Fix the pointing commands. (!isinnocent etc.)

Don't know if this is the right place to ask, but is there a way to fix the commands like !isinnocent and !suspicions etc... You have to be right up in the face on someone and spam the button for it to work. Would be nice if you could just aim at someone no matter the distance have it work as long as their name is showing on your crosshair.

 

I use the commands a lot when I play late at night and can't use my mic, and I think others can benefit from it too. I have all the things bound with hotkeys. For an example in Gmod it was possible to do this, and it worked really well. I'm not sure if this is anything you even have the control over, but I just had to ask.
