Rewards/leaderboard for loyal players

I was thinking and there isn't much incentive to actually playing besides store credits. Maybe this idea or a similar one has already been mentioned, but I think it would be cool if we had a leaderboard on the forums or in-game for the most loyal players for two Categories: universal and per server. (top 10 or something)

That's the basic outline of the idea, but there could also be raffles for the most loyal players or rewards given to them like credits or skins, etc.

This could be a nice addition to encourage all SG players to play more, because although people can get achievements to get placed on leaderboard, that could discourage some newer players or players with less skill/knowledge.

This way, sg would be even better and have more players play more and improve the community.

Hope y'all somewhat consider this idea of a weaboo. :thumb:

You just described the cancer that is Souce Boss' Elite 10. Please don't encourage him. We've been trying very hard to get him off of it.

You literally just described the raffles

Tbh I don't see this happening. No way you can measure a person's loyalty. Only thing we can measure top ten is gameme stats. It would require us to reset the stats and many, I mean MANY, people will be against this.

Goku said the rest

I believe we already have an incentive for actively playing on the servers, The Elite-Ten. I created this group for the purpose of persuading players into play more on the servers, and it has been working well. There have been people in the top 50s that had already passed me in the top ten due to all that hard work so I wanted to reward players for it. If you are in the top ten in any SG server or competition, you can join The Elite-Ten group and wear the tag to show SG that you are dedicated. Now when I created The Elite-Ten, I had no idea the amount of people that wanted to be in the group. I recieved messages from many players everyday, wanting to be elite. In order to cool it down a bit, I created The Future-Ten. This group is my personally selected players that I believe has the will, has the dedication in this community that one day, in the future, they can be Elite. Jiggly, I see now how much passion you have for this community that I would like for you to join The Future-Ten. Welcome, To The Future-Ten.

:miku:

P.S. Don't listen to the rumors that The Future-Ten get repeatedly beaten by me(slapped) publicly on the servers, this is not....99% true.

Your post and your idea were not stupid.

Having a leaderboard sort of thing on the forums for the most active players on the servers could be a very good idea.

The other half was already a good idea, which is why we've already done it :d

People bash the Elite 10, but souce brings a good point. A lot of the community jumped on the idea of being able to publicly display their position with gusto.

Achievements with an online tracker would be a neat idea, however, it wouldn't be possible with the RP servers.

Yeah, I realize now how stupid my post is. But the idea sounded better before in my head. Sorry everyone ;=;

Honestly, your ideas aren't stupid. We have been doing raffles already because they are great. Don't let anything stop you from sharing an idea. It may sound dumb to you, but sometimes it's the dumb ideas that work out the greatest~

@souceboss just admit you are the reason PB got even more cancerous :) . There are kids who made an SG-Legends group who haven't been here for 6 months -.-

Also, counting the amount of hours you play a videogame shouldn't be the way of measuring the "loyalty" people have. Others have more free time to play, others use the small amount of free time they have to join us on the servers.

You have to see everything in perspective, and your ideas presented are either already done or not good.

Keep on posting suggestions btw, there's nothing more valuable than ideas from the playerbase. Saying "We've always done it like this" or "We don't need to change" is wrong :)

Ty!
