Issues running GTAV

So; Here is current Rig

 

 

Souce is left, Mines right.

 

I'm running the game on the lowest settings I can do, my card is only using half of its memory 1051/2047 MB.

 

So, My question is, Am I bottlenecking here?

I remember when BF4 came out, I had such an Issue playing it because my processor was very old.

Having paid a pretty dollar for my current card ($500) compared to souces card, I have a feeling its not the graphic cards fault.

 

Any idea on what I should do?

 

New motherboard w/ maybe an Intel processor or just get the processor myself and install it?

I normally used this website before I boughtthe GTX 970 4GB/8GB Ram/AMD 8350 (listed bottleneck for me), to show me an idea of how the computer will play out. It lists bottleneck on yours, but for Souce it does not

Found off a russian(?) video, try out this guys settings. I removed some parts because it did not make sense.

Maximum setting for GTA V for PC graphics card GTX 770 2GB / 4GB to play 70-80 FPS:

Resolution 1920 x 1080

Benchmark it and compare it, I did not check the cpu models at all, but generally speaking, Intel is usually the way to go in terms of performance once you cross a certain budget.

 

I also didnt check how cpu heavy GTA V is, but I did have some thermal throttling a few months ago on it.

Sounds like I will be getting a new motherboard, a intel chip and new DD4 Ram 18GB
