Really nothing to do and hard to rebel. Ct has killed us before for "teleporting" to the other side which they said teleporting is KOS. Admin has slayed people for that but other than that, its a boring map. Can't complete extreme climb with the allowed set time. Edit: Maybe i will reject my removal and state we should fix the invis box in cell area, resize the invis platform for armory.. maybe add something at the end of extreme climb. (i've never seen anyone beat it in the giving time) It's just when I'm on PB and this comes up, it gets RTV right away or within 10 mins. A lot of people would say how bad the map is but don't really do anything so i decided to make this post to help the community that plays on pb 90% of the time. maybe its the late night people i play with just doesn't like it at all while the daytime US side does. I'm up for seeing if i can fix the flaws if people actually like the map. Link to comment

I agree with this, there are plenty of ways to rebel you just got to figure them out. If you try hard like me, if you ever get the chance just kill one ct it helps your teammates rebel. The map is fun has a lot of mini games. If they say free day through portal just grab a gun out by basketball, top of climb or on the narrow walkway. Then just take 1 of the 2 teleporters back. Imo I love this map and it only gets RTVed because CTs camp a lot. I want his map to stay, but that's just my opinion. Link to comment

It's not KOS and anyone that kills for doing it will be punished. No different than any other rule. Shouldn't hold it against the map for a CT not knowing the rule exemption. I mean it's common sense. As for the map, admittedly I wasn't fond of the map when I first played it forever ago. I didn't like the style with the broken floors and shit. It's grown on me some. I do not want to see the map removed as it is a nice change of pace sometimes. I don't hate the map, but it's tolerable and a nice break from the razor or Lego type maps. It's not that hard to rebel. Ts can hide in the cabin spawn area as most CTs won't look there. There's also 2 different methods of reaching the top of the cells (from inside cells) and using that to your advantage. There's the vent underneath that's rarely used but gives you another place to hide. There's the invisible platform that if learned, I believe takes you to armory (I never make the jump right so I don't know first hand ). All of that is in main cell area. Leaving there, Ts can camp the CT teleport if CTs aren't paying attention. There's also a scout at climb and a teleporter near disco. Really nothing to do is a weak argument. Razor is a good map and it has soccer, pool and big cage. Clouds has: soccer; pool; basketball; disco; bomb toss; climb; extreme climb; big cage; and whatever the fuck that thing is between bomb toss and basketball. That's not counting death games. Counting death games we can add jump rope; long jump and red light green light. I'll vote no when I get home from work but there's my 2 cents. Link to comment

We should not simply judge the entirety of a map with when 'good' CT's are on. We need to understand that not all CT's will give orders and therefore need to adapt our map pool to suit our server. It is extremely rare that I play on this map except an order that is 'freeday through teleporter' or 'freeday no main cell area'. Yes, orders can't be repeated three times. However to assume that an admin will be on all the time to enforce that is wrong. To be honest, that's about the worst I can say about the majority of the map. It's not necessarily a terrible jailbreak map as a whole, but it certainly isn't good either. An argument for removing this map would be people falling off. I don't feel that this argument specifically is valid. As much as I too have fallen off, you have to be quite stupid to do so. Yes I'm stupid. The actual reason it should be removed or 'fixed': The main thing I wanted to say is about the invisible box on top of cells. It literally ruins the gameplay on this map for everyone except the person inside of it. I'm a firm hater of teleport towers, however I accept that they're just a thing that will be there. For the invisible box on clouds though, it is even worse (I know it's not a teleport tower). Every time we're on this map the complaints pile up about that box on top of cells. Not only does it allow people to camp, but it is a literal shut down for T's rebelling. If this was removed, the map would be 'okay' I suppose. If we take razor as an example, the one way window on that is indeed annoying, however is an extremely easy map to rebel on and therefore justifies the addition of this window. Whereas on clouds it just simply ruins the game. By all means allow CT's to go on top of cells. It's different to other maps and has an interesting concept in allowing CT's to patrol from above the cells at different elevations assuming the order they give can be successfully controlled up there. However having an invisible box within that, one that is hard to get a lucky shot through and near impossible to get into as a T whilst a CT is in there ruins this map. (Of course if a CT is 'bad' at the game a T may get in.) I vote yes for the removal, unless the invisible box is no longer able to be used, otherwise I'd be happy to not see it in the map rotation. WHO DOESNT ENJOY THESE?) Goku said the portal for teleport isnt KOSable so that's a good enough reason to make one of your arguments invalid! Link to comment

Thanks for reminding me. That box is a downside to the map. If possible I'd like to see it edited out. Orders being repeated are a possibility on any map. As stupid as this may sound, re-reading my original point not only did I word it poorly but I'm kind of going to have to agree with your disagree. To be honest I suppose that the reason that 'freeday through portal' in my opinion is worse than 'freeday no past first cell' on razor and other maps is because of the invisible box. I feel like I should've mentioned the box earlier in my post, but better than not at all huh. ;) xd Link to comment

I didn't read the rest but you're basically saying that we should remove electric razor????????????? I mean, like Goku has mentioned, there are three places to go and nothing really screams "fun" in that map. This map does give a variety of games to play and its bright and pretty!!! And as for the second part, removing the one way cell/window whatever would only bait CTs into making them camp all the way from armory. I think clouds is really a fun map, its just the CTs who dont give creative orders. Want my suggestion? Teach the CTs how to give orders, give them suggestions when they ask "What do you guys want to do today?". The options are unlimited, but you guys just don't think hard enough. Blah blah blah moving forwards, imo the map is balanced for both teams as there are bunch of ways to rebel and survive as a T. You guys just don't know how to use the secrets properly at the right time, or you guys just don't got teamwork. ps, its pretty fucking hilarious to watch another teammate fall off and die Can't complete extreme climb with the allowed set time. ps x2 theres nothing at the end of extreme climb so beat it chump Link to comment
