There aren't going to be any new rules made for this, but thanks for the suggestion. If there's a legit 100% chance someone got a weapon from a KOSable source (leaving cell while cells closed, through a vent, whatever fucking else there is), without any chance of fail, then you can use your reasoning to justify the situation. Honestly I feel like most of you guys had the same point but just misunderstood eachother a bit lol.
