so I was watching a TV show and went into my room to get a drink then 1 episode later I paused it and went back into my room and my shoe moved from the ground to my pillow and I don't remember moved it..well I am walking in my house with a loaded gun for now

It's more likely that you moved it yourself and forgot than actually someone bothering to move the shoe just to scare the fuck out of you.

 

Or it can be ghosts.

 

One of my friends nieces were pissed scared to sleep, because they swear they see a bald old white man watching over them at night.

 

What they don't know, is that their mother, when she was pregnant, could only feel at ease and sleep with the old man.
