  surf_classics - Fixed Start zone to now read 1/35 rather than 36/36. Run will now begin upon leaving Start zone. Also did misc changes to various zones.

• Rock the vote is now fixed from an issue we had before where it wouldn't recognize the command
  
• AFK Manager does not kick people anymore in spectator. You get moved to spectator after 90 seconds (previous 60 seconds)
  
• Extend is now at the bottom of the list when voting for a new map
  
• ck_slay_on_round_end has been set to 0
  
• Starting map when the server crashes/restarts is now surf_kitsune
  
• Fixed the following maps:
   
   
  surf_utopia_v3 - Fixed checkpoints so you can go both ways for CP 3
  surf_mesa - Fixed checkpoint bug so you can go on both ramps at the end of the map

• Updated to a newer version of our timer!
  
• UMC 3.4.6. has been updated to 3.7.0.
  
• Fixed RTV ghost plugin loading
  
• You cannot rtv as a spectator anymore
  
• Tickrate has been lowered from 128 to 102.4 to reduce ramp glitches.
  
• Updated ranks to reflect based on ranks and points, not just points. (THIS WILL GET AN OVERHAUL SOON)
