Maybe it is just that expensive in your country. And if I were you I'd go with a 750w psu, i did the mistake by starting with a 600 and ended with too little for my upgrade. Lastly I don't know when I "dissed" the 960, when I after all just was surprised by the price and stating the 970 is better.. For GPU, for the same value, you can get a R7 380X, which should give you a bit more power compared to the 960 and for about the same price. For HDD, you dont need a hybrid drive like the one you have since you have an ssd, so a normal 2TB Seagate should serve you fine. The PSU seems to be ok to me, didnt do much research tho. Also consider getting a larger PSU just to future proof if you plan on adding anything else in the future. i5 is fine for gaming unless you do any video editing or whatnot, then you might want to consider an i7.
