AMDs new GPU the Rx480. VR and insane FPS for $200

So AMD just announced their newest GPU the RX480 that comes out at the end of this month

Whys it so special? Well it can nax out pretty much any game at 1080p and even some at 1440p while maintaining well above 60 fps... At $200 USD. This is insane because you get the performance of amds $400-500 cards from last generation at more then half the price. 2 of them at $400 beat 1 Nvidia gtx 1080 at $700. This is insane and a card you should really consider.

 

Also it only draws a ridiculously low 150w of power.

2x rx480 beat a 1080, because the benchmark was done in a game that favors amd gpus and moreover it's just only 1 benchmark. In addition, crossfire and sli setups are not recommended.

 

Sure the price for such a gpu is insane and it will aim at the mainstream, which is awesome, but before making any decisions or saying that one is better over another we should wait for the actual non biased benchmarks. I hope it performs just like they claim it to be.

1080 competed really close with SLI 980's. I call bs on the benchmark.
