I just wanted to see what is your guys opinions are on betting your skins on CS:GO, since yenno I've gambled away thousands in skins and I know others have lol

Same with proper money, bet what you're happy to lose. That's just my opinion of course.

 

As for cs with me personally, I have only bet what I haven't payed for in the first place, which luckily for me is pretty much everything I've got on cs.

I've probably only put like $20 into the game just for cases but I've had up to a 1.5k inventory and I've had about $300 in donations from my friends and I've bet it all away I'm still kinda salty about betting it but it wasn't really outta my own pocket. I've also went from a $11 skin to $800 before by winning 7 coin flips in a row lol and just betting smart with the rest lol cashed out once I got to $800 and tried to get to 1k the next day and lost it all.

It needs to be clear, gambling is gamling, not a money making method. My friend was on a $15k profit roll and probably gave me around 3k total to gamble and make profit too. I never won a thing,I used to bet on Skinarena, which is a pretty well made website.

I'm currently at -$5k total on every gambling site combined. I'm not that salty about losing that much, but I know now for sure that I'm not a lucky guy.

 

 

TL;DR, From personnal experience, bet what you are willing to lose. Gambling is never a win:win situation.

Then forgive me for saying this, but you're talking about amounts of money that you could have saved, instead of believing this is a way to get rich.

Gambling sites shouldn't be allowed to let 14 year olds gamble away amounts of money like that in the first place.

 

Be mature and gamble with what you've made by yourself, that's how you'll feel the impact of what you've done wrong.

that's all very true, I've honestly never liked gambling skins but when I first started just remembering how much money I made that's what got me hooked lool, see I've never bought skins off op skin the market or any thing else like that I've always just opened cases the rest of the stuff has been donations I've always thought of it this way, I never really needed it before and it didn't come out of my pocket so why don't I just bet it to see if I can turn it into hundreds or just lose it all lol.

ive gambled enough totally that i could buy a new house, all starting with a 1k inventory. in total ive gambled away 350.000$+++ on csgolotto.

 

Secondly, ive lost everything ive won pretty much. in total i have a 2000$ profit, that i finally cashed out. at one point i had around 20k, but i bet everything xd (the greed is real)

 

Gambling sites are 18+, and lotto bans minors if they get caught

 

the problem with csgo betting is you dont see the real value of what you are betting compared to an online casino.

I think it's really stupid, all this money for skins....in a video game. They don't give you an advantage and they don't affect your game at all. I mean I can see betting skins you just get out of server drops but spending money on skins just to bet them away seems silly to me.
