Online monopoly sucks for two reasons. 1) Pogo makes you watch an ad every x turns (like 10 or something) and they always last 30 seconds + 5 - 10 seconds to get the game moving again. This repeats a dozen times. 2) People always end up selling their shit for minimal price to the person they want just to fuck over whoever's in first place because they're losing.

Wait wait wait, you guys are telling me, if I use this 'adblock', I can disable ads!?!? Why haven't I thought of this before?????????????????

I find it ironic I'm being told how to disable ads on a browser (what kind of TA would I be if I didn't know about how to block ads?) when you clearly don't know about pogo monopoly and how it works with ads and I do.

 

1) You can't have adblock enabled because the table join system is a popup window in itself that won't let you join a room unless it is disabled.

2) If you can be bothered, you can block ads in the game popup window (don't think it stops the game itself), however, the game is still paused for 30 - 40 seconds regardless of whether it is blocked. Hence why I mentioned it.

 

Metal - Yes I do think the host can prevent the ads as a paid member, or they are less frequent. Don't know enough about that.
