Server isn't allowing clients to download the map; people are crashing with 'map not found' errors unless they already have the map.

 

EDIT: Thank you @Liam Brown for pointing out the issue. The original .bsp file is too big to be compressed for fastdl, so the uncompressed file would have to be uploaded instead. Honestly, I don't think this map, as small as it looks in-game, is worth the long download times.

Reason it was rejected before. Downloaded it now, and the map size is still 159MB, so gonna mark this as rejected again since the file is still too big.
