Recently watched conjuring need help going to sleep

In all honesty, the conjuring 2 wasn't that overwhelmingly scary. However, try the 4-7-8 breathing pattern (inhale for 4 secs, hold for 7, exhale for 8) and repeat the process until you fall asleep. It helps people like me who have Insomnia fall asleep. Also, like always, remind yourself that it was just a movie, millions of other people have seen the exact same film and are fine today.
