Eligibility of CT (JailBreak/PrisonBreak)

Problem

The amount of freekillers and new players intentionally and unintentionally abusing the power of CTs in JailBreak.

Solution

Players are restricted to the Terrorist team until a condition is met. This condition needs to be something that is not a hassle to do. The conditions I am proposing is either: Have one (1) hour on the PB server (or just on [sG] servers in general), or typing !rules/!faq.

Logic

Having a minor requirement to play CT allows new players to have experience with the gamemode, and be able to understand proper orders and the flow of the game. This minor requirement will also deter trolls that want to get in, cause rage as fast as possible, and leave.

I understand this idea has been presented before, but the other conditions to "unlock" CT eligibility were strenuous or out of the way. Under either of these conditions, players either learn by experiencing the game, or by reading the rules and seeing the admin input. Both of these learning styles are used in schools to improve comprehension and retention, those styles being hands on learning and learning from material, respectively.

We've never worked with a system like this and we most likely never will.

We have plenty of admins that can be called upon either through the forum chatbox, or through Steam that are exactly there for these kinds of situations.

There's always the possibility of going for admin yourself, too ^^

Yes, suggested not only last night but also multiple times in the past on both the forums and in past community meetings.

Example 1: http://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/showthread.php?t=65639

You can see that this suggestion of using a time limit - there's no way to enforce this. Has even been brought up in community meetings for Wawa and Nuclear Onion to answer to in the past. I honestly don't see the point in making players say !guide or !faq as a requirement when every time they'll join the server then the menu of rules are displayed to get their attention. That is why we always encourage the players to either request an admin to join or create a player complaint for freekilling situations.

Just to give you an heads up that this suggestion might not be implemented because it's still the idea of restricting players till they meet a requirement, but final say goes to @Goku and @Wawa
