Throwing A Nade as a T!

So let me get this straight. If you throw a nade at a CT but it doesn't do any damage your KOS? But if you throw it into your cell its not KOS or is it still KOS? I am still very confused by this rule! I think it is a good one, However can be confusing!

If you try to rebel, you can be killed. Throwing a made at a CT is trying to rebel. At least, those were the rules when I played. It's not a hard concept tbh

Basically if u threw a nade near a ct with intent to kill/damage ur kos if u throw it in ur cell or away from ct's ur not kos

As I explained in game:

 

if a T throws a molotov or HE grenade at you in an obvious attempt to harm and/or kill you, then they CAN be killed
