Can you use other users IRL pictures as you're profile pic??

If you mean other users as in Steam-Gamers members, you need to have their permission.

 

Still, I advise not putting your profile pic as another user at all unless it's yourself.

If anyone else is confused after reading this thread, using another players' personal info anywhere in our servers without their permission is entirely NOT allowed and will result in harsh punishment for doing so. We have a zero tolerance policy on this type of thing, as our member's personal information is meant to remain private and we will do anything in our power to ensure that ANYONE who thinks fucking with someones real life in our servers or forums is funny is removed from the community.

 

Jpi was not permed for this isolated incident, he's been a repeat issue over the past month or two regarding harassment of other members and overall being a dick. But rest assured if you're using members' personal information for your own humor, you will be punished in some way.
