How do I set a bind? I looked it up and can't seem to find anything. Can someone help me out?

I'm assuming you want to bind your rules bind, since I see you're copy pasting.

 

Into console: bind (key you want here) "say Please read blah blah blah

 

You need that initial quotation mark.

Might wanna be precise on your question to avoid spamming

 

Don't do Senpai's way, !stuck spams logs and chat, you're better off sm_stuck
