You really don't want any cramps or any incidents as you are playing. Stay hydrated and pace yourself as well. Edited September 14, 2016 by Frostbitten Link to comment

If you're playing seriously than figure out what strengths and weaknesses you have, i.e. Good shot=striker good passing=midfielder etc. Dont be a dick and pass. Its a team sport and you cant do everything by yourself Link to comment

Big problem my team had was that we would lose possession of the ball pretty fast due to mistakes in passing and could never keep control of the ball long enough to find a break in the defense and go for the goal. That + have good team communication and chemistry, much better if you get to know your teammates and get good at working together. Link to comment

Ender Posted September 15, 2016 Content Count: 678 Joined: 10/30/15 Status: Offline Share Posted September 15, 2016 I did Cross-Country and the school's soccer team was small, so they would sometimes have a few of our boys play with them, so I guess running a lot is good? Link to comment
