Honestly I don't care on what it's going to be, all I know is that Google is years late to the phone game, android and apple have been dominating for years, so for google to come out with a phone, it better be spectacular, definitely have high expectations for it.

True but there have been in phone game for year. They own android for thing and then they also used to own Motorola before selling it off.

Well I mean, google has been working on the nexus series with different manufacturers for a while now. So I wouldn't say they were late. And what the hell do you mean by android and apple have been domination for years. Apple is a company that makes phones that run iOS. Android is an operating system for phones used by a whole spectrum of companies from HTC to samsung. This new phone is most likely going to be running android, unless Google has made a new phone OS, which I find very unlikely as literally own android. And I don't think it's going to be ara, as ara has been cancelled...

Everyone thought google's chromebooks were going to be the next big thing too. Yet that vision dropped of the face of the planet... I doubt this phone will do well imo... It's just too late in the game.

Ara has already been scraped, the phone is going to be called the Pixel. The nexus series phones are done because they are being replaced by the Pixel Series.
