Headset recommendation!

So my Steelseries Wireless H headset (Purchased March 2014) broke today. I am looking for a replacement.

No need to explain headphones > headset... as I know. That being said, I am open to headphone recommendations, also.

 

Things I want(Bold = important):

Wireless - Fking cat will destroy cords.

Over ear- Helps to drown out noise for schoolwork/studying

Charging station/swapable batteries

Would prefer something with a dock (as opposed to bluetooth)

The only con about this headset is the price...

I love steelseries, but there only wireless headset is bluetooth. Besides that I think the would be purfect.
