There is someone on the Forums named Voltage which is my IGN and I really want it, ive never seen them on the forums or in game and was wondering if I could get the name somehow?

If you want a forum name change, you need to pm one of the BDs here

 

They might be able to change it to that name even though there's already an existing person with that name but who knows.

I believe Voltage is a Prison-Break regular player, just doesn't frequent the forums.

But judging that, he'd been active until last year. Any name switches I've seen they had been gone long enough to believe they wouldn't come back, so I'm not too sure about this. G'luck.

Its really not our practice to change forum names like that. Mainly due to if they do come back their login won't work anymore and it could cause confusion. If you can do some variation on it that would be preferred.
