Mate. It's the Internet. You gotta watch what you download. Especially if it's from a third party. I agree that this shouldn't happen, and that it is pretty stupid, however this should fit as a painless lesson that some of us may have forgotten. The Internet is not a safe place. You need to be just as weary as if you were walking the streets of Los Angeles at night.

Right, so I'll run an AV Scan on an Overwolf addon to make sure I'm not getting my passwords siphoned, computer controlled and letting some fuckhead use my computer as a BTC Miner. *complete sarcasm you cant run a fucking av scan on overwolf*

Thanks for the warning post. I thought about getting this for overwolf but I'm glad I didn't. Also, does anyone by any chance know how to get Spotify working with overwolf? Everytime I try opening it, it just opens a black tab with an address and nothing happens.

Yea, I do that now too. I just feel like it would be easier to turn off/on/change the volume of my music with overwolf, so I don't have to either tab out of the game or use my phone to do it. Same thing with changing music.

Yeh, I guess that is problematic. I play in windowed borderless so I can access my background apps, so I didn't consider that.
