[Rejected] Actual SG Interviews

This is Mainly a Idea/Suggestion. I have seen servers do this before where A player Fills out a Admin application online and after it is reviewed they go on TeamSpeak for a Actual Interview. I feel like a interview would be a good idea cause then if AO's ,BD's ...ect have on the spot questions they want to ask the Person interviewing. I feel like it would be cool cause then the people interviewing can have a 1on1 interview with who ever is interviewing them.You can ask them on the spot questions about rules on servers, ban times, and anyother questions that they might have in mind about the server.

 

Like i said this was a Question/Suggestion that i had. If you would like, Share your thoughts about this idea:D

The higherups arent corporate robots. They're people

 

if a person wants a '1on1 interview' when/if they apply for admin, they can just talk to them through PMs or on Steam

 

some people have this misconception that talking to the higher ups is some sort of formal business when it's not

Seems like a waste of time. Not every BD can make time for such interviews when they're busy irl and dealing with the community. Interviews can't always be properly set up on time. AOs have nothing to do with admin applications either. This isn't a job interview lol.. This is just a simple server management position and to go so far as to doing interviews aren't really necessary for such a rank. It's just a gaming community not an office.

All I can think about when reading this is "what if we had a quiz for playing ct on JB" maybe it's just the JB shit getting to my head but that's my immediate thought about this.
