Vipinthemix mancannon as iso

So on Vipinthemix there is a so called "mancannon" that people use for isolation, but once someone is put into the cannon ether it be a guard or a prisoner the cannon can no longer be opened up from the inside or outside.So my question is this allowed because if they can't open it it's one of two choices either 1.Shoot yourself out of the mancannon or 1. Wait out the round. And can it technically be freekilling/forced deathgame if someone is put into it.ment to put summer jail not vip my bad

There is no mancannon on vipinthemix. On summer jail there is, and I don't think it is allowed as there is literally no escape, just death.
