Kippe Posted November 14, 2016 Content Count: 1109 Joined: 04/30/12 Status: Offline Share Posted November 14, 2016 (edited) Figured I'd post this in case I or anyone else comes across any more. surf_methadone is currently not zoned and spawns you in the abyss on terrorist side Both surf_faint and surf_faint_fix are on rotation. surf_arghmyeyes is not zoned the bonus on surf_sentient isn't zoned. surf_depths is currently zoned as a staged map, but the current stage start / ends require you to fail the map at each checkpoint to register. 2 Quote Edited January 27, 2017 by Matty Link to comment

It's because the map has different difficulty settings, and breaks when it's set to hard mode. I'll take that map off, but surf_exocube should still work fine. I played some map named funhouse with @JFilthy too. It seemed to be broken as moving parts stood still and it was way darker than it was supposed to. A lot of moving parts in maps like that get broken when ported over to CSGO, so they were made stationary to work better. As for the darkness, that's probably just due to csgo lighting. I have no idea why this interaction exists, but for stages where the zone encompasses anything where you need more than 350 velocity, it will only let you if you immediately came from the previous stage. So basically, if you fail one of these stages, you'll have to go back and clear the previous stage to try the broken one again, and rinse repeat until you one-shot both. Here it is in action: I suggest moving the startzones to where you teleport into the stage, instead of at the edge of the platform. I'll keep this updated if I find more. Problem stages: surf_mash-up s4, s6, s18 surf_annoyance_njv s4, s5, s6 -- all doable without repeating the previous stage but you have to be very careful not to touch the zones which makes 90% of the starting ramps unusable surf_classics s34 surf_classics2 s2 surf_ace* (possibly every stage? just got slowed down in the middle of a run while going through one of the zones but I can't get it to happen again) Unrelated surf_ace bonus teleports send you to an empty boxsurf_classics s7 and s33 teleports get you stuck surf_island is broken. trigger to remove anti-gravity after the lasers no longer works Maps that are on the server but not in rotation (matters cus they're all counted by the timer which probably skews completion percentage): surf_and_destroysurf_beginner_ug surf_chaos_rg surf_forgotten surf_leet_xl_beta7z surf_legends_lite_gfl surf_mom_rg surf_new_001_001 surf_ninja_r4 surf_ny_momentum_v3_1 surf_rebel_scaz_njv surf_year3000 surf_004_final1 surf_akai_two_rg surf_amplitude_encore surf_amplitude_light surf_anonymity surf_b_r_o_x_x_x surf_caca surf_crzyfrog_reloaded surf_dread surf_eclipse surf_exocube_e surf_ez surf_furios surf_halloween_tf surf_imex surf_ing 2 Quote Edited November 26, 2018 by Matty Link to comment
