My models don't show up

Hey guys, I've got myself a pretty problem here. Every time I connect to one of the zombie murder servers, sometimes the models don't show up right. They appear as big red flashing "ERROR" http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v614/FangZandith/zombieproblem.jpg

 

I tried a few different servers, restarting steam, and deleting my local game content and reinstalling. If you folks have any suggestions, I'd love them. I've been trying to play on one of these zombie servers, they look fun as hell.

 

P.S. I also sometimes get a screwed up skybox that doesn't work correctly, it skips and messes up kind of like when you've got an open application and its not responding, when you move it, it trails.

Delete your ZM files and download ZM from http://www.fpsbanana.com. They probably just downloaded wrong.

Cool man, I really hate to have to download it all manually, but these servers do look worth it. Do you have any information on where I can get the models specifically? I did a little searching last night and I couldn't find'em, and on top of that I don't know what the "Error" models look like (so needless to say, I'm not really sure hwo to spot them).

 

Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.

Napalm: Alien, Predator, Bones, Classic, Headcrab zombie, Hellknight

Escape 1 : All except Bones.

Escape 2 : Alien and Predator

Hell has the Hellknight and also the fast zombie and the girl from FEAR.
