got kicked for being afk frozen for too long, why is afk freeze allowed lmao. also can you aa with your knife while afk frozen?

I believe this is actually impossible since there is a plugin that would move you to spec if you were afk.

 

CTs aren't allowed to make you AFK freeze that long either.

 

Regarding attacking, AFK freeze means AFK. No touchy the mouse. No touchy the keyboard.

 

Stay completely still.

It gives you warnings in chat, at that point move a little bit and explain to the CTs if they shoot you that they can't make you freeze that long. No, knife isnt allowed while AFK frozen.

Gonna be a finicky asshole. You don't get kicked for AFK Freeze, you get swapped to spectator.

 

It's main purpose is for weapon checks and to avoid killing people that aren't rebelling.

 

AFK freeze is allowed but that does NOT* mean it can be abused.

 

If someone has you standing frozen well over 30 seconds then tell them they need to give new orders, move a bit and if they continue to abuse it then call on an admin or submit a player complaint (make sure to follow the proper format).

1) You weren't kicked for being AFK. The AFK plugin moves you to spec.

 

2) Its specifically said in regards to the AFK freeze orders, that orders must be reasonable. AFK timer takes 70 seconds and warns you 15, 10 and 5 seconds prior. If you are being ordered to be AFK frozen for a long enough time period that you are even getting the AFK warning, the orders are not reasonable.

 

3) "AFK freeze means you can not move at all. Including keyboard and/or mouse movement such as looking around or knifing." Meaning you CAN do things such as talk on mic or turn your flashlight on/off, but if your character model moves you are not AFK frozen.

no i was looking for clarification of the rule, i didnt know it was changed to a move instead of a kick. in hindsight it was kinda pointless tho tbh.

The plugin never kicked you, ever. An admin might kick you if you're in spec, but the plugin never kicked.
