I go to bed mostly in between 12am to 1am. But I don't go to sleep till 2 or 3 because I'm on my phone or playing Pokémon Moon.

Really depends. When I'm off school, i usually go to sleep between the times of 1-5AM. During school, between 11-1AM. Weekends during school 12-3AM. Usually I try to get atleast 7 hours of sleep but try and aim for 8 or 9

Whenever I feel tired. Even if I know I need to get up early the next day. I cant fall asleep just by laying in bed... I take naps more than I do full night sleeps
