I understood what you meant. My opinion is still do enough to get hon or lg if you want some sort of recognition for what you've done for the community as an sa or ca.

I think one of these with yellow, one with orange, etc. would be nice for whatever rank you got to. Sometimes I go back to profiles and wonder what position they were, it'd be interesting to see and nice to have.

 

Would also be nice to replace that ugly gray award that AOs get

I think we at least need some sort of way to tell what rank someone has been. Either through something on your profile, an award or something like that. I too get really curious like dominic here.

I think the difference is that it's just stating what rank you were previously, no harm in that. The difference between that and Hon/LG is that those two have their own colour/rank associated with it.
