is there any way we can have innos die when they enter the T room cause I really hate spraying someone down going in the t room just to be killed by some inno who some how got in the t room

Thing is, going into a T room as a inno is your own fault if you get killed.

As for your idea, making it so every t room killed innos would be hard because we would have to edit every single map. You can't just add a plugin that can do that.

As stated already by @LampShade this has already been answered here. It's the mappers decision to make the T room unavailable for the innocents and quite frankly it's impossible for us to do anything about it unless we want to go through a lot of trouble editing every single map.
