BMI = Body Mass Index, I believe.

Anyway if you're 16.7 that means you're a skinny ass motherfucker and need to put on a few pounds!!! ;-)

As Havok said BMI fails.

They could find top athletes to be obese and I think them saying I am a perfect figure is wrong.....I'm not obese but probably low overweight :blushing:

BMI does not fail, it is merely designed to calculate the physical state of an average person i.e. James, and not top athletes.

Physical state? Right, I would like to see how this so called 'BMI' is accurate. Of course, a real 'professional' such as Apple would follow this :p

You are seriously overweight for your height

Your BMI is 643.5

If your BMI is over 40 you're very obese. This means you're seriously over the ideal weight for your height.

Are you eating too much food that is high in fat and sugar? In order to lose this extra weight you need to make positive changes to your lifestyle and stick to them.

Losing weight will help prevent severe health problems such as heart disease and diabetes, and extend your life expectancy.

Top tip

If you're very overweight it can be hard to get the confidence to start exercising regularly and you may feel self-conscious. If you've tried to lose weight without success, speak with your GP who will be able to recommend a dietician, specialist or local support group to improve your motivation.
