Reinstall it, make sure to save anything you have in its directory. Run it as administrator. Turn my session video on. If all else fails use the hot key Ctrl+F3 to save your clips. Link to comment

Since then I switched to Nvidia's Shadowplay because I have a GTX 960. It only works though if you have a Nvidia GeForce GTX. Just my recommendation though. 1 Link to comment
