About 11 am ET all our servers went down. I just got information that the fiber line has been cut at the datacenter where our servers are hosted. This is expected to take several hours. It could possible be down the rest of the day. The host is looking at options but does not look like we'll be playing any time soon.

Slightly different scenario. Yours was less than a 1/4 inch thick, this one could be several inches thick.

ones that Go to Server hosts/data centers cost alot...hundreds maybe thousands of $ to fix depends on size

Servers seem to be up for the moment, haven't received the all clear from the host yet, so they could go back down.

 

EDIT: They went to a backup fiber link, however, they are still working on the other one for redundancy.
