I honestly can't explain in detail what I'm asking for because I'm retarded. Thankfully though I have a screenshot of an old post I made (probably a meme of some sort involving @Goku) from a few years ago that shows what I'm asking for.

 

 

 

 

I always thought it was convenient when you wanted to add specific admins and other members. It's nothing significant, but it was always a nice little feature to have since (AFAIK) there really isn't an efficient way to find steam profiles via forums. Also you wouldn't need to put your profile in your signature and fit more dank memes pictures or whatever in there.

Sounds really neat, and looks like it makes adding other members/admins a hell of a lot easier, would love to see this done if possible.

I personally never used it, but it is convenient for people who want to be friends with admins and stuff. I didn't even realize we got rid of it or know why it was taken down.

We've had to remove it so many times cause every time steam API updates it breaks our forum. The guy who created it hasn't really kept up with it unless ton of people pester him to do so.

 

I may be able to do some kind of button on the postbit or profile page that can forward you to the person steam account if they are steam linked, but any kind of intergration to like auto add people won't come with it as I'm not familiar with Steam's API nor do I want to be. Cause it updates every other week like Gmod does.

I notice when you click on your profile picture (the picture taken from your steam), it links to nothing. Maybe be able to make it so it redirects to your steam profile? Not sure what it is trying to do there nor if it's possible.

 

Maybe add a button above your awards if you're not able to put it in the posts themselves like before?

Its possible to make the code do that, I don't remember what clicking on the profile picture did by default tbh. I'll have to research it a bit and give it some good thought to how we should proceed.
