@SpikedRocker i have used it with paypal to get skins on opskins so idk why it wont work here. I have also used it before here to get subscriber.

 

The issue is defiantly between the prepaid card and PayPal. I would get in touch with PayPal. Like spiked said.. Nothing we can do. Sorry

Instead of subscribing and making a direct payment by having PayPal charge your prepaid card, try depositing money into your PayPal account first and then instead of subscribing make a one-time donation, using your PayPal wallet balance ($5 equals one month of subscriber, so you can donate $10 for two months etc).
