I think I might be over 30 days old on the forums, not sure though. How could I check? If I pass 30 days, how do I join Reg?

You can go to your profile and look at the join date to the left under your Steam avatar. You have over a month and above 50 posts, so you can join SG.Reg by requesting a group invitation.
