you wipe it off with a napkin? I just wipe it off on the edge of the bread..other than that I do the same thing

I don't like peanut butter, I love jelly. Self explanatory from there

I lay out both slices of bread then I use a spoon to get jelly and spread it, then I use a knife to spread my peanut butter. Then I put the bread with peanut butter on the jelly bread because if I did it the other way the jelly would fall off and then I'd spiral into a fit of rage...
