New CT side model suggestions

The 3rd model looks nice!.. That would look sick as a CT playermodel, But didn't we get a playermodel change a couple month's ago?

IMO the default models we have are getting quite dull, I highly suggest replacing the ones we have if we are already going to change a one of the subscriber models. (It would be better to add a few downloadable items all at once.) I was looking over a modding website that has Jailbreak models and came across a complete pack of 7 prisoners and 5 guards.

Now looking through the models.. yes of course the download time will be affected. We all know this but what is a few seconds, maybe a minute gonna hurt? I personally like the 3rd CT model & 1st or 3rd T model.

 

I know this is a bit off the original topic. (Sorry @Christinho) but I figured I'd bring this up but I may be the only one that thinks we should switch them up. Either way I just wanted to mention it.

 

The original topic I personally would prefer if the nanosuit would stay, maybe the 3rd one since it would go along the "prison guard" look.

 

We had those before, people didn't like them as much If i remember correctly.

Tbh nanosuit wasn't good. That's why I didn't add it or removed it (forgot which xd). There are other sites besides GB that can be used for finding models btw so don't feel limited to just that one site.

I personally like our models and don't think they need to be replaced. But I do like #3, its simple and cool looking and has the right colors.

We'd be replacing the model so new players would have the same download time like I said before, regulars would take only a few seconds to download it. This really isn't an issue.

We'd be replacing our current modes with new models, the download time would not be effected for new players. The download time would the same.

 

Yeah looking at it a second time I guess that's fine in terms of 1:1 replacing, but some of the models we could replace are pretty low res and quite shit while some of the new ones could be potentially larger (in a noticeable kinda way). Obviously I'm not gonna dick around over a few MB but in the grand scheme of things download times play a large role in server population so being mindful of that is important. My bad though, wasn't being open minded enough.

 

Looking at the actual numbers for a second tho.

 

The Nano Suit stands at 14.6 MB (correct me if im wrong, googled) while the Helghast Rifleman is 4.00 MB, so that could actually work out okay and to be honest I'm fine with that change as long as everything goes smoothly server-side. We profit a WHOPPING 10.00 MB & we get a FRESH looking skin.

We had, if I remember correctly, John Coffey (First T model) and we currently have the second CT model. John Coffey was removed because it wasn't used, was traded out for something else.

 

Can't remember if we had anything else.
