Once upon a time we allowed sprays with nudity within reason and deciding whether it should be changed/removed was up to the admin's discretion.

 

The difference between in-server and on-forum is that in-server, there is an assumption that the player is at least 17 years old, if not 18, also the warning sticker "Online interactions are not rated by the ESRB".

On the forums, however, there is absolutely nothing stopping people. Anyone can get on the forums, even if they're 8 years old, we have no age gate, no required signup to view many forums, and even no minimum age requirement for any forums at all post-signup. Nothing in the slightest bit, and as such, it is entirely technically illegal for this site to have any 18+ picture on the public section of the forums, and even more technically illegal to have it at all. (Yes, this picture shouldn't have even been posted, FYI.)
