Plenty of us have been admin for years and every once in a while, we can forget and or need a refresher. Ofc, You cannot go off what the players say other than say you will watch them. I know once Bamf's admin was not working for whatever reason and he could not ban someone. So as I was joining the server he told me about it and I got the kid banned. That being said this was a blue moon thing and the real way to go about this situation is just use source bans. Be happy he asked the question before actually doing it and getting told by Caution that we do not allow it.
