Change extend time from 10 to 15

I'll keep it simple, long maps require multiple extends to win and 10 minutes isnt quite a long enough extend to keep playing the map. We should change the extend time to 15 minutes imo. Oh ye this is for ZE btw.

 

Also if we can get 3 extend votes would be great as well.

I could live with the idea of having the extends in the end of map vote be set to 15 minutes for ZE, meaning players can extend a map for max 30 minutes themselves, which gives them a playtime of 60 minutes in total. @Leon Mordecai @Black Rain

 

Take note; I'm talking about the end of map vote, not about admins creating extend votes.

The extend time in the end of map vote has now been changed to 15 minutes.

 

We're going to keep it at a maximum of 2 extends.
