Spanish messages

While in JB the spectator messages were in Spanish for me and another person, these are 2 messages that came up back to back for me:

 

[AFK Manager] Hampless fue movido a espectador por estar AFK.

An enemy player was awarded compensation for the suicide of «SG.Mem» Hampless.

 

Anyone know why this is?

Just curious because this is the first time i've noticed anything in spanish.

Typing this out I realized the 2nd one isn't even Spanish
