Do something about low-player insta RTVs

So here I am, just playing some course with 1 other dude, about 70% finished, never gotten this far and whaddaya know, another person joins!

I say hi! and he says !rtv and boom. the rtv triggers and it almost instantly changes to a random MG map that noone wants to play with 2 or 3 people, wiping out all my course progress without as much as a "Hey, how you doin" even though I couldve sworn I saw 2 votes for "Do not change" and 1 vote for "mg_whatever_who_gives_a_fuck" but it may also have been 1-1.

 

Please, please, do something about these insta RTVs. Maybe if theres 4 or less people on, you need 75% or even 100% to rtv before the rtv actually triggers, cause this is just stupid

there aren't any negatives to this other than having everyone in the server want to switch except for that troll that is only saying no to piss the other people off so it'd be nice to get 3/4 of the server to rtv if there is a small amount on such as what elemental said 4 or less.

Could implement a minimum amount of time before you can type rtv such as a minimum amount of time needed on the server such as 15-30 minutes before you can vote to change the map. I've been faced with this issue on surf where a new player would just join to type rtv causing a 50-50 chance to map change and the new player would leave after about 5 minutes.

 

Also happens on ZE consistently where players would just join, probably play the map for 3 minutes and decide that the map is terrible as a result and everybody should rtv for a "better" map. The cycle then repeats when a hard map is voted and no one can progress past the first or second hold. Vice versa, easy map is voted and people yell rtv after joining the server for 5 minutes because they got knifed.

I'll try to do some tweaking that might help with the kind of situation in the OP without affecting the behavior of RTV too much. An idea is to make the plugin only activate when a certain amount of people are connected to the server, but then if say the minimum player count to activate RTV is 3, and 1 or 2 people are connected and want to change the course map to a different course, they'd have to wait the full 45 minutes of the map time before even getting that chance since RTV is inactive until 1 more player connects.

 

I'm sure if the required % of rtv needed was slightly increased to address lower server pop situations, players wouldn't notice it too much.
