[Surf] Extends for higher tiered maps?

So the problem I faced today was on surf_lt_omnific (tier 6) where we had 6 people on the server trying to beat the map. I had to make a vote for extending twice so that a few of the people could finish the map because regular map vote kicked in but I was still stuck on stage 10 after 40 minutes :[. So is there any way to make vote extends possible for the higher tiered maps?

I changed a setting with the voting system and it should now allow up to 5 extensions per map, regardless of tier. Will probably end up changing that and the map timelimits accordingly.
