Resetting my config

For the past few weeks, every time I launch CS all of my settings get reset. I get in and my viewmodel is fucked, my crosshair is gone, my audio settings are all at max including music being on, my video settings are all weird and shit.

 

I have an autoexec and I have it set to execute in my launch options. For some reason, this and all of my normal audio/video settings aren't saving at all and while I've been dealing with it lately because I'm too lazy to look into it, I wanted to know if anyone else experienced anything similar or had any ideas or possible fixes.

Try my autoexec out and see if you still have the same issues.

My autoexec has never worked automatically. I bound it to F10 "bind F10 +exec autoexec" and just press it everytime i join a server.

As for the rest of the things changing, that's weird. Have you tried redling? My crosshair, sound settings, video settings etc all stay the same. I'm pretty sure most of the console commands remain saved within a file in the folder, so it's possible that files missing... (maybe)

 

Edit: I have -exec autoexec in my launch options but it doesnt do anything lol.

Happened to me too. Try updating windows. Fixed my issue
