Seriously though, one issue I have is with the new Swimming Suits.

 

They should have an asterisk by the new records being made, it's giving swimmers a hydrodynamic advantage that athletes in the past didn't have.

 

Especially when it comes to sports where speed is the determining factor.

I'll get the ball rolling..........

 

Team GB won the 100m Relay last time round, but with this new team who are struggling to run under 10.10secs and our best runner (Dwayne Chambers) unable to run because of an earlier drugs ban we stand no chance unless Jamaica and US muck up bad.

 

100m wise...........I am thinking it will be between Bolt and Powell but who knows......on the day there could be loads under 10 seconds.

 

 

Ahahahahaha. Well overall China will most likely win medal wise AGAIN but they do have a population of 1.3 Billion..... I think Team GB will be lucky to get 6 golds in the athletics but overall we aren't so bad...especially in swimming and cycling.

I watched a bit of the ceremony...I think from the guys holding those long ores to the guys doing Tai Chi.

 

It was quite well choreographed and very well presented....GB will struggle to top it.

Come on. I guess you feel strongly about it but theres nothing we can do about it.

 

I've seen all the protests...tv programmes on it, lets just focus on the actual games :001_smile:

the colbert report said while the american gymnastics team may be better, the chinese team has the crowd and the judges are swayed by that. i think the chinese have a handicap and in projections they might win by 1 gold
