I think (at least from my perspective) that you are trying to implement a plugin to limit the amount of kills you can get in a certain amount of time. If so that is one of the most preposterous ideas I have ever heard. Here is a scenario for you. Say you are just playing some JB as usual and all of the T's say "Ayyy let's rush this guy Brown Jesus". They do it and are blatantly disobeying so you mow them down (let's say about 5) but half way Oh shit this dumb ass "mod" i suggested slays me because it thinks I'm free-killing. Well shit now the T's have and gun and you have fucked the round for the Ct's. My point is this is a bad idea. Probably not gonna happen..... As stated above this suggestion or similar "ct ban/restriction" plugins will not be making an appearance on our server any time soon for various reasons that you can read in detail by searching "ct plugin" or "new ct's" or similar phrases in the jailbreak section of the forums.
