Usually every few months, the next one is due this Summer I believe! @SpikedRocker can probably confirm.

The frequency of raffles is pretty much based on how often people donate skins for sub.

 

Since the raffle prizes are usually the skins donated by players, the frequency of raffles correlates with the frequency of how many people use skins to get sub.
